Fincare Mobile Banking is an application that enables you to bank anytime, anywhere using your mobile phone.
You can access your banking information and perform transactions on your savings, current, and loan accounts. Also able to open deposit accounts , make bill payments, invest in mutual funds and shares etc.
If you are a Fincare customer with a savings account,current account or standalone loan or deposit account, you can take advantage of this mobile banking facility.
Fincare Mobile Banking is tailored to each user. It necessitates a 6-digit MPIN authorized by the bank for any transactions made through the application. This process is secure and safe, as the application automatically locks itself after three consecutive invalid PIN attempts. However, we strongly advise against disclosing your MPIN to anyone.
App Registration
You can register for mobile banking through one of the following methods:
1. During the account opening process at a bank branch.
2. By contacting Customer Care via phone.
3. Via “Internet Banking”.
Fincare Mobile Banking is provided to customers free of charge. You can download and use this application without incurring any fees from the bank. However, please note that your telecom service operator and/or internet service provider may impose charges for SMS, GPRS, or internet usage. For specific details, kindly contact your respective operator.
Once you meet all the requirements set by the Bank, your Fincare Mobile Banking will be instantly activated.
A Customer ID is a unique 12-digit number provided by the Bank for utilizing Fincare Mobile/Internet Banking and serves to uniquely identify each customer. To know your customer ID, you can visit profile page in app or whatsapp “MY CIF” to 7211 100 400
You can download the Fincare Mobile Banking Application from the “Google Play Store” or the “Apple App Store”.
App Accessibility
To discontinue Fincare Mobile Banking, kindly reach out to the nearest branch of the Bank.
You can access Fincare Mobile Banking anywhere in the country as long as you have GPRS/Mobile Data activated on your mobile number and the network is available. However, please note that you may incur special roaming rates for using GPRS/mobile data. For detailed information, please contact your operator.
You can reinstall the application on your mobile device by downloading it again from either the “Google Play Store” or the “Apple App Store”.
MPIN
MPIN is your Mobile Pin Identification Number used for logging in to Fincare Mobile Banking.
You can set New MPIN in two ways
1. If customer is already registered- click on “Forget MPIN” option in login page or Change MPIN option under settings page post login.
2. Not Registered – Complete registration process during which you will asked to set the MPIN.
To change your MPIN, log in to Fincare Mobile Banking and follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Side Menu" icon located at the top right corner. Go to Settings options
2. Select "Change Pin" from the options displayed.
If you forget your MPIN, click on On the pre-login screen of Fincare Mobile Banking,
1. click on "Forgot MPIN".
2. Complete registration process during which you will asked to reset the MPIN.
You need wait for 24 hrs or can re-register to set the MPIN, which will allow you to login.
Cards
This functionality can be used to block the card temporarily.However you can unfreeze your card any time.
This functionality can be used to block the card permanently. The blocking of card permanently disable all transaction on this card . Card fee will be applied if wish to apply new physical card.
Certainly, you can block your debit card using Fincare Mobile Banking. Use “Block card” option under ‘’Card Services’’.
Misc
OTP stands for One-Time Password, which is sent to your registered mobile number whenever you initiate a transaction or make a request on Fincare Mobile Banking.
If you have lost the phone on which Fincare Mobile Banking was installed, you can disable MB access from internet Banking (IB) , select “Mobile Banking Request” under “My services” option in IB. Alternatively you can contact Fincare customer care at the number (1800 313 313) or visit the nearest Bank branch as soon as possible.
